Ranga Rao a breezy & jovial guy well-known as Poola Rangadu whose livelihood is pulling a horse cart and loves his associate Venkatalakshmi. In the childhood, his father Veerayya used to work as a manager at a mill, owned by Purushotham who is slaughtered by his partners Dharma Rao and Chalapathi .
