The film begins on two strangers Ajay & Vijay who lookalike meets in an accident and start sharing their miseries. Ajay is a multi-millionaire, studying abroad and returns back knowing regarding his father's death. During that plight, his malevolent & sly manager Bhanoji Rao who counterfeits as a loyalist, throws him into huge debts to usurp his wealth.
